takt with which we choose every note in the score of an event. This document explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the taktevent.com website (hereinafter: the "Website"). We kindly ask you to read its contents before providing us with any information.
1. Controller of personal dataThe controller of your personal data is Takt Event Katsiaryna Pyshko, with its registered office at ul. Szczuki 2/43, 02-778 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID no. (NIP) 9522121109 (hereinafter: the "Controller" or "Takt Event").

art@taktevent.com2. Legal bases and purposes of processingWe process your data solely to the extent necessary and on the basis of the legal grounds set out below, arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter: the "GDPR"):
a) Handling enquiries submitted via the contact form and correspondence.Purpose: responding to your enquiry and presenting an offer of cooperation. Basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken towards the conclusion of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest in conducting correspondence).
b) Arranging and conducting a conversation via the Calendly tool.Purpose: reserving a meeting time and discussing the scope of any cooperation. Basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
c) Concluding and performing a service agreement.Purpose: performance of the agreement concluded with you. Basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
d) Fulfilling legal obligations (including accounting and tax obligations).Basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
e) Direct marketing of our own services.Purpose: providing information about the services we offer. Basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
f) Establishing, pursuing or defending claims.Basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Scope of data collectedDepending on the form of contact, we process: your first name and surname, email address, telephone number, the name of the entity you represent and your position, as well as the content of your enquiry. The provision of data is voluntary but necessary in order to respond or to conclude a contract.
4. Recipients of dataMaintaining full discretion, we entrust your data solely to trusted entities that support us in conducting our business.
The categories of recipients include:
- the provider of hosting and maintenance for the Website (the Tilda platform);
- the provider of email services (Google Workspace, supplied by Google Ireland Limited);
- the provider of the meeting-booking tool (Calendly);
- entities providing accounting and legal services.
Some of the entities listed above (in particular Calendly and Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR.
5. Data retention periodWe retain data for the period necessary to fulfil the stated purposes:
- correspondence and enquiries — until the matter is concluded and for the period of limitation of any claims;
- data relating to a contract — for its duration and for the period required by accounting and tax regulations (as a rule, five years);
- data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest — until an objection is effectively raised.
6. Your rightsYou have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer your data, and object to processing based on the Controller's legitimate interest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you consider that the processing of your data infringes the law.
7. CookiesThe Website uses only cookies necessary for its proper functioning and for ensuring security. These files are installed automatically and do not require your consent. The Website does not use analytical or marketing tools that collect data about your activity. Cookies can be managed at any time through your web browser settings.
8. Final provisionsWe reserve the right to update this Policy in connection with changes to the law or to the scope of the services provided. The current version of the document is published on the Website in each instance.
