We coordinate every stage of the preparations, select the right artists and ensure a coherent musical setting throughout. The founding team of Takt Event unites many years of stage experience with the practical delivery of business events, galas and B2B occasions.

We take charge of communication with the venue and the organisational matters surrounding delivery. We establish the technical requirements, the get-in schedule, rehearsals and the flow of the artistic programme. We prepare a clear technical rider in both Polish and English, so that cooperation with the hotel, the event agency and the technical crew proceeds smoothly.

We understand how essential reliability is at business events. This is why we provide measures that strengthen the security of delivery: constant contact with your event manager, contingency preparation and the option of a replacement artist in exceptional circumstances. We work on clear terms, with a transparent agreement that safeguards the interests of both parties.

The reliability of every performance is our highest priority. For most programmes, we keep a qualified backup performer on standby, while a dedicated event coordinator oversees every aspect of the production on the day of the event.
